We collect the name, email address, mobile number and payment/order details you submit for purchases or support. Software birth-data processing will be documented when the report-generation service launches; it is not currently available on this website.
Purpose and sharing
Information is used to process orders, provide support, resolve payment issues and deliver access when available. Necessary data is shared with Razorpay for payments and Lovable Cloud for secure hosting and order storage. We do not sell your personal information. Links to our ventures open separate websites with their own policies.
Payment security
Razorpay handles payment credentials in its hosted checkout. We do not collect or store your card number, CVV or UPI PIN. We retain order identifiers and payment confirmation details.
Retention and rights
Order and tax records are retained as required for legal and accounting obligations. Contact shubhsoftwares@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of personal data; records legally required to be kept may be retained. Do not send passwords or payment credentials to support.
